How to prevent a stroke when you feel it coming?

Sometimes I get this strange feeling, like my arm goes numb or I feel a bit dizzy, and it makes me worry about a stroke. Is there anything immediate I can do when I feel these symptoms coming on to prevent it?

If you even *think* you're having stroke symptoms – facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty – the only thing to do is call emergency services (102 or 112 in India) immediately. There's no home remedy; every second counts for getting to the hospital fast. Don't waste time, plain and simple.

Feeling a stroke coming? Honestly, at that point, you're past home remedies. My brain would probably just think 'Ugh, not now, I haven't even had my coffee yet!' 😂 But really, call the ambulance. Don't try to sleep it off like I do with everything else.

Oh god, that thought itself is terrifying! If you genuinely feel stroke symptoms (like face dropping, arm weakness, slurred speech), the *only* thing to do is call an ambulance immediately. Don't wait or try to evaluate it yourself. It's an emergency, and time is brain.

Dude, if you feel a stroke coming, don't stress *about* preventing it yourself – just call emergency services IMMEDIATELY! Like, don't even think twice. Every second matters for getting to the hospital. Seriously, no home remedies for this, yaar.

This is critical. If you even remotely suspect a stroke – look for sudden weakness, numbness, confusion, trouble speaking or seeing – you MUST call for emergency medical help right away. I ignored some unusual symptoms once, thinking it was fatigue, and regretted it. Don't make that mistake.
