How to prepare venison liver?

My friend from Canada is visiting, and he wants to try venison. I managed to get some liver, but I'm not sure how to cook it properly to make it tasty. Any specific recipes or preparation tips?

Venison liver can be quite strong, so definitely soak it in milk or buttermilk for a few hours to mellow out the gamey taste. Make sure to trim any membranes. Then, quick sear or pan-fry is usually best; overcooking makes it tough and dry. It's quite nutritious!

Venison liver? Wow, fancy! Make sure you don't confuse it with, like, a regular chicken liver, or you'll have a very 'gamey' surprise! 😂 Soak it well, spice it up, and don't cook it till it's a hockey puck. Good luck, chef!

For venison liver, the key is to manage its strong flavor. Soak it in milk for at least an hour. Slice it thin, season heavily with salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic powder, then quick pan-fry with butter or olive oil. Don't overcook, it should still be a bit pink inside.

Hey, venison liver sounds exotic! Don't stress too much, it's just like cooking any other liver but with a bit more flavor management. Soak it in milk, trim it well, and then a quick fry or sauté. You'll rock it, yaar!

For game meats like venison liver, soaking in an acidic medium like buttermilk or lemon water can really help tenderize and reduce the gamey taste. Then, you can pan-fry it with some good herbs. For any persistent health issues or if you feel unwell after trying new foods, always consult a doctor.

If you're preparing venison liver, ensure it comes from a reliable source and has been handled hygienically. Any wild game should be cooked thoroughly to prevent any potential risks. If you're unsure about sourcing or preparation, it's always safer to consult with a professional.
