How to predict ovulation with pcos?

I have PCOS and we are trying to conceive, but predicting my ovulation is so difficult. Are there any specific methods or signs I should look for to know when I'm ovulating with PCOS? It's really confusing.

Predicting ovulation with PCOS can be tricky, but don't give up! 🥰 Basal Body Temperature (BBT) charting and Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPKs) can be helpful, but they might not always be accurate due to hormonal fluctuations. Keep tracking, and maybe talk to your gynaecologist for more personalized advice! ✨ You're doing great! 💪

Oh, this is such a frustrating journey, I totally get it. With PCOS, my cycles were so irregular, and it felt impossible to pinpoint ovulation. It can be emotionally draining when OPKs give false positives or BBT is all over the place. Just remember you're not alone in this struggle, and it's okay to feel overwhelmed.

Don't fall for every internet remedy out there about predicting ovulation with PCOS. Your hormonal profile is unique, and general advice won't cut it. It's crucial to consult a gynaecologist who understands PCOS well. They might suggest blood tests or follicular monitoring, which are far more reliable than guesswork.

I just went through this! My doctor put me on a combination of lifestyle changes, like a low-GI diet and regular exercise, and sometimes medication to regulate my cycles. Once my periods became somewhat regular, we started using a combination of ovulation strips and ultrasound monitoring. It took time, but it worked for me. Don't lose hope!

Haan yaar, PCOS mein ovulation track karna mushkil hota hai na. OPK strips try kar sakte ho, par kabhi kabhi results misleading hote hain. Best toh yahi hai ki doctor se baat karo. Woh medicines ya injections prescribe kar sakte hain jo cycles regulate karne mein help karte hain. Patience rakhna padega, haan.
