How to poop constipated without pain?

Been dealing with constipation for a while now, and it's quite painful sometimes. I want to know if there are any gentle ways to relieve constipation without causing more discomfort. Any home remedies or food suggestions would be helpful.

Oh, the holy grail quest of constipation! Without pain? My sleep-deprived brain says 'magic,' but seriously, warm water first thing in the morning and a good high-fiber breakfast are your best bets. And squatting position helps, seriously. If it's still painful, maybe consult a wizard... or a doc, that works too.

Dear, this is a common issue. To poop without pain when constipated, focus on softening your stools. Drink plenty of warm water throughout the day. Eat fiber-rich foods like fruits (papaya, banana), vegetables, and whole grains. A spoonful of ghee in warm milk at night can also help some people. But if it's severe, please see a doctor for proper guidance.

Please, do not ignore persistent constipation, especially if it's painful. I made that mistake once, thinking it would go away, and it led to more serious issues. Focus on water and fiber, yes, but if it doesn't resolve quickly or gets worse, see a doctor without delay. A proper checkup is crucial.

Haan, constipation mein pain na ho, uske liye toh paani bahut peena padega. Aur fiber waale khaana khaao, jaise sabziyaan aur fruits. Raat ko garam doodh mein thoda isabgol bhi try kar sakte ho, agar suit kare. Na, bilkul bhi zor mat lagana, it will make it worse. Agar relief na mile, toh doc ko consult kar lo.

I heard drinking warm water helps. And eating more fruits like papaya. Does exercise also make a big difference for constipation? I'm a bit shy to ask directly, but it's really uncomfortable.

My child sometimes struggles with constipation. We make sure she drinks plenty of water, eats a lot of fibrous fruits like pears and plums, and avoids junk food. Sometimes a warm bath helps relax the muscles. If it's painful, we take her to the pediatrician immediately. It's important to be gentle.
