How to pass kidney stones naturally?

My friend told me about some natural remedies for kidney stones. I have a small one, and I'm keen to try a more natural approach. What are the best ways to pass kidney stones using natural methods?

Naturally, you say? Well, my friend, sometimes nature needs a little nudge, and by nudge I mean a tsunami of water. 🌊 And maybe some dancing? Just kidding on the dancing, but seriously, hydrate like your life depends on it. And a doctor's advice is always better than relying on internet 'wisdom' alone!

Hydration is super important for kidney health generally, especially with stones. Make sure you're drinking enough throughout the day. Also, a balanced diet with good fiber and avoiding excess processed foods helps. But for existing stones, get a proper medical assessment to know your options, exercise alone won't dissolve them.

I literally just passed one a few weeks ago! My doctor told me to increase my water intake significantly. I also drank a lot of basil (tulsi) tea and had a glass of pomegranate juice daily. It helped me, but I also had medication. Please, check with your doctor first.

Naturally, huh? Well, after 40, everything natural starts feeling like a monumental effort! 😉 But on a serious note, lots of fluids are key. Also, I heard apple cider vinegar works for some, but I'm too scared to try without my doc saying so. Better safe than sorry, mere bhai.

Yo, my roommate had this last year and it was a nightmare. He just drank like gallons of water and lemon water, and avoided sugary stuff. Doc also gave him some meds to help. Don't try anything extreme without asking a doctor though, that's what he said.

Namaste! For kidney stones, 'natural' often means helping your body do its job more efficiently. Focus on very high fluid intake – water, coconut water, fresh lemon juice (no sugar). Diet wise, reducing sodium and animal protein can help prevent new stones. But for current ones, please see a doctor for proper guidance and pain management. Stay safe.

Listen, this isn't something to take lightly. While natural remedies can support, the first step is always to get a proper diagnosis from a doctor to know the size and type of your stone. Then, they might suggest things like increasing water intake, nimbu paani, or specific dietary changes. Please, get a professional opinion first.
