How to pass kidney stones fast at home?

I have a small kidney stone, and the doctor suggested it might pass on its own. I really want to get rid of it quickly due to the discomfort. What can I do at home to pass this kidney stone fast?

Dude, I just went through this last month! It was horrible. My doc told me to drink so much water, like 3-4 liters a day. Also, he gave me some meds for pain and to relax the urinary tract. Don't ignore severe pain, always check with a doctor first.

Beta, many years ago I had a stone. It is very uncomfortable. My doctor advised me to walk a lot, keep moving, and drink plenty of fluids like coconut water. Patience is also key, and don't forget your prescribed medicines. It will pass.

Honestly, ghar pe you can do a few things but after consulting a doctor only. Drink lots and lots of water, jo aapke urine ko dilute karega. Also, lemon juice daily can help with small stones. But for pain and size, only doc can tell.

Hey, I've heard this from so many people! The main thing everyone says is water, water, water! Also, some swear by apple cider vinegar diluted in water, but definitely check with a doc before trying any home remedies. And pain meds are your friend if it hurts a lot.

Oh, kidney stones! Not fun at all. 😅 But seriously, drink a ton of water, like seriously a LOT! And sometimes a hot bath can help with the pain too. But get it checked by a doc first, always! 👍

For passing stones, the key really is hydration to help flush them out. Staying active also helps gravity do its job. If you're having a lot of pain, over-the-counter pain relievers can help, but if it's severe, please go to an ER or consult a doc. Don't just try to manage it all at home.
