How to pass kidney stones at home?

My husband has a small kidney stone, and he's in a lot of discomfort. We're trying to avoid hospital visits if possible. Are there any remedies or methods we can try at home to help him pass the stone?

Oh god, kidney stones are no joke! My aunt had them and it was really painful. While some small ones might pass, it's really important to get checked by a doctor to know the exact situation. Trying to manage something like this at home without medical guidance can sometimes make things worse. Just be careful, okay?

Honestly, passing kidney stones at home can be really risky, especially if u don't know the size or type. I tried some home remedies once and ended up with a severe infection and had to be hospitalized. Please, please see a doctor first. They can tell you if it's even safe to try to pass it naturally or if intervention is needed. Don't take chances with this.

I heard drinking lots and lots of water helps, like even more than you think. Also, some people swear by lemon juice in warm water. But truly, before you try anything, it's best to confirm the size and type of stone with a doctor. They might suggest specific things or even medication if needed. Sending you good vibes, hope you feel better soon.

Bro, my dad had this last year. He drank like, a ton of water and coconut water, and something called patharchatta leaves. But even with all that, the doc said it was a small one so he could try at home. If yours is big, like, better see a proper specialist haan? Dont just try random stuff.

Namaste. While certain yoga postures and breathing exercises, like Vajrasana or specific Pranayama, can help improve overall digestion and flow, for kidney stones, it's crucial to consult with a medical professional first. They can guide you on safe practices based on your specific condition. Once you have a clear understanding, these gentle practices can support your body's healing process alongside medical advice.
