Oh, sleep anxiety is the worst! I completely understand. My mind races, thinking about how I *have* to sleep, which just makes it worse. What helps me sometimes is doing a very gentle guided meditation before bed, or just listening to a boring podcast to distract my brain without exciting it. Have you tried anything like that?
Beta, many years ago, I too struggled with my mind racing at night. What helped me was having a fixed time to sleep and wake up, no matter what. And before bed, a warm glass of milk and reading a holy book. Try to make your room peaceful and dark. Don't worry, it gets better when you learn to relax your mind.
Haan ji, sleep anxiety is a proper problem these days. Try to make a fixed bedtime routine, na. Like reading a book, or listening to calm music, no phone. Aur ghar pe, thoda light dinner. Meditation bhi try kar sakte ho, it helps to calm the mind.
It's hard when your mind won't let you rest. Try to create a calm space before sleeping. Maybe a warm bath, or some quiet time. Listening to gentle sounds can sometimes help too. Be kind to yourself.

Dude, sleep anxiety is legit. I used to get it before exams. What helped me was putting my phone away like an hour before bed. Also, I started listening to some chill lofi music. And doing a bit of exercise during the day, but not too late. It takes time, but it works.
