For psychological ED, it's absolutely crucial to seek professional help. Don't fall for any internet 'cures' or unverified advice. A certified sex therapist or a psychologist specializing in sexual health can help you identify the root causes and develop coping strategies. Always verify credentials and consult with a doctor first to rule out physical causes.

Yaar, if it's psychological, then the mind game is strong, haan? Best to talk to a therapist or counsellor, they can actually help you unpack the stress or anxiety. Sometimes just talking it out helps a lot. Don't be embarrassed, it's pretty common.

Such matters often stem from deep-seated stress and anxiety. Regular practice of pranayama, like Anulom Vilom, can calm the nervous system and bring mental peace. Gentle yoga poses that improve blood circulation can also be beneficial. However, for a psychological aspect of ED, a good therapist can provide invaluable support in conjunction with these practices.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't give medical advice. But from my personal experience with stress-related issues, finding ways to relax and manage anxiety made a huge difference. Sometimes it's about reducing overall mental pressure. A good chat with a professional also helped me a lot to clear my head.

Oh, so ED can be psychological too, not just physical. That's really interesting. It makes sense that if your mind is stressed, your body won't function optimally. I guess for psychological stuff, therapy would be the way to go, right? It sounds like something that needs a lot of understanding and patience.
