How to off sleep mode?

I sometimes fall asleep while watching TV and my smart TV goes into 'sleep mode', but I can't figure out how to easily turn it off when I wake up later. Is there a universal way for how to off sleep mode on most devices? It's a bit annoying.

I'm not exactly sure what 'sleep mode' refers to here. Is it about a phone setting, or more like feeling constantly tired and wanting to wake up from that state? If it's about physical energy, maybe light exercise could help? Can you please explain what you mean by sleep mode?

If 'sleep mode' means you're feeling constantly lethargic or excessively sleepy, please don't just try random fixes. This could be a symptom of an underlying health issue like low iron, thyroid problems, or even sleep disorders. It's best to verify with a doctor and get proper diagnosis rather than self-treating.

I totally get what you mean by wanting to 'off sleep mode,' feeling constantly tired can really affect your day. To boost energy, maybe try a quick stretch or some deep breathing exercises. Sometimes, just stepping out into the fresh air for a few minutes can make a difference. If it's persistent, a doctor's visit might be a good idea.

Beta, if you feel like you're always in a 'sleep mode' and low on energy, try to eat light, fresh food, and go for a morning walk. A glass of warm milk with turmeric at night can sometimes help with better sleep, making you fresh in the morning. But if this feeling continues, do consult a doctor; it's important to be energetic.

When I feel like I'm stuck in 'sleep mode' and just can't focus, I find that hydrating myself really well helps. Sometimes, I'm just dehydrated and don't realize it. A glass of water, maybe with a squeeze of lemon, often gives me a little boost. It’s a small thing, but it works for me sometimes.

I totally get that feeling of being stuck in 'sleep mode' and just wanting to snap out of it. It can be so frustrating! Sometimes I overthink everything and it makes me even more tired. Maybe try a short, brisk walk outside to get some fresh air and sunlight? Or even just a cold splash on your face can help wake you up a bit.
