How to obtain deep sleep?

I track my sleep with an app and it always shows I get very little deep sleep, even if I sleep for 7-8 hours. I feel tired often. How can I obtain deep sleep more consistently? What changes can I make?

I always feel like I never get deep sleep, like I'm just floating in and out of consciousness. Does anyone else feel like that? I worry it's affecting my health. I've tried everything like no screens before bed, but it's still hard. Any genuine tips would be great.

If you're consistently struggling to get deep sleep, it's worth discussing with your doctor. Sometimes underlying conditions like sleep apnea, anxiety, or even certain medications can affect sleep quality. A doctor can rule out serious issues and give personalized advice for safety.

I'm always researching ways to improve sleep quality. Deep sleep sounds like a luxury! I've read about keeping your room completely dark, cool, and quiet. Also, having a consistent sleep schedule, even on weekends, seems to be a big factor. It's fascinating how much impact it has on daily life.

For better sleep, try making your bedroom a sanctuary – no electronics, cool temperature, and blackout curtains. Herbal teas like chamomile or a warm glass of milk before bed can also help. Light exercise during the day, but not close to bedtime. If nothing helps and you're still always tired, please do see a doctor.

Achhi neend milna toh bhagwaan ka vardaan hai, beta. Ghar mein toh log shaam ko jaldi khaana khaate hain, aur thoda walk karte hain. Subah jaldi utho, toh raat ko neend acchi aati hai. Aur mobile phone ko raat mein apne se door rakhna chahiye, bahut shanti milti hai.
