How to not feel pain physically?

My knees have been hurting for a few months now, making it tough to climb stairs or even squat. My physiotherapist said it's osteoarthritis starting. Is there anything I can do to completely avoid physical pain, or at least reduce it significantly?

Bro, physical pain is a warning signal from your body, so you can't just switch it off naturally. When I injured my shoulder at the gym, trying to ignore the pain only made the tear worse. Go get it checked by a physiotherapist or doctor before doing anything else.

When I had chronic back pain, I went to a specialist at a reputed hospital. The doctor explained that trying to numb physical pain with unverified remedies can hide serious underlying issues. Please consult a qualified doctor and ask them clearly for a safe pain management plan.

My physician explained that the perception of physical pain is controlled by the nervous system and is essential for survival. While techniques like mindfulness and deep breathing can help reduce pain perception, a physical cause always needs proper medical evaluation. Never self-medicate with heavy pain suppressants.

Focusing on gentle movements and distraction can sometimes help with minor muscle stiffness or aches! But physical pain is a sign that your body needs some tender loving care. Please make sure to rest well and consult a doctor if it doesn't get better.

Honestly, the only time I don't feel physical pain is when I am deeply asleep, which is rare these days! If you are hurting, trying to push through it without knowing the cause is a bad idea. Go see a professional and get some proper rest.

While our traditional home remedies like warm compression are helpful for temporary relief from minor muscle aches, they cannot cure the actual source of physical pain. It is always wise to rely on a doctor's diagnosis for proper care. Please do not ignore persistent discomfort.
