How to not feel pain?

After my accident last year, I'm still getting sharp pains in my leg sometimes, especially when it rains. My doctor gave me some medicine, but I really just want to stop feeling any pain altogether. Is that even possible?

Pain is actually our body's way of protecting us from injury, so we cannot and should not try to eliminate it completely. If you are experiencing mild soreness, gentle stretching and proper rest are very helpful. For any severe or continuous pain, please consult a healthcare professional.

For small aches and pains, applying a warm compress or resting well can do wonders to comfort your body. However, if you are experiencing sudden, severe chest pain, extreme stomach pain, or difficulty breathing, please go to a hospital immediately as these are serious warning signs.

When my son gets growing pains in his legs, I gently massage them with warm sesame oil and make sure he gets proper rest. It is heartbreaking to see them in pain, but simple physical comfort helps a lot. If your pain is intense or doesn't go away, please take advice from a doctor.

I know how terrifying it is when you feel a sudden pain and your mind immediately jumps to the worst possible scenarios. Please try to take slow, deep breaths to calm your nervous system first. If the pain is severe or accompanied by dizziness or breathing issues, please seek emergency medical help right away.

When my body aches after a long day of hard work, I just drink warm water, put some balm, and rest early. Our bodies need rest to heal from pain, babuji. If your pain is too much to bear, please go to a local doctor soon.

If it is just general muscle fatigue or a mild headache, a warm bath, a cup of hot tea, and a good night's sleep are the most workable solutions. There is no need to panic or take strong pills immediately. Just give your body some time to recover naturally.

I often experience intense pelvic pain during my cycles and understand how desperate one can feel to find relief. I always recommend tracking your pain patterns and discussing them with a gynecologist or doctor, rather than self-treating with over-the-counter painkillers.

In our family, we often drink warm milk with turmeric to ease minor body pain, which is very comforting. However, pain is a complex medical symptom, and trying to mask it can delay proper treatment. I highly recommend consulting your doctor to diagnose the root cause of your pain.
