How to not feel any pain?

Been feeling this constant dull ache in my lower back for weeks now, especially after I sit for long hours. Someone at home said it's just 'age', but I'm only 26! Is there any way to just... not feel this pain at all, or manage it properly?

Hey, physical pain is just your body's way of telling you that something needs attention, so don't stress too much about trying to block it out completely. Trying to ignore it won't help. What kind of pain are you dealing with? Let's talk about it.

During severe cramp episodes, I also wish I could just turn off the pain completely, but we have to be very careful. Pain is an important warning signal from our body. Please don't take strong painkillers without a doctor's advice, as they can have side effects.

Pain is a natural response of our physical body and cannot be completely eliminated. For mild body aches, a warm bath or a gentle massage with mustard oil can bring great relief. However, if the pain is severe or sudden, one must immediately consult a physician.

Honestly, pain is super annoying but you physically cannot feel 'zero' pain, that would actually be very dangerous because you wouldn't know if you got burned or injured. If you are hurting, just take a rest and ask a doctor what to do instead of searching for shortcuts.

It is physically impossible to feel zero pain, as it is a vital warning system. Please get your symptoms checked by a doctor if you are in severe discomfort.

I am a bit hesitant to ask, but are there any gentle, safe ways to manage mild headaches without immediately taking medicines? I am always a little scared of side effects from pills, so I would love to know what you all do.

I have tried heat packs, cold compresses, and herbal teas to manage my chronic back pain, and they do help soothe the discomfort. But expecting to feel absolutely no pain at all isn't realistic or safe. Focus on finding safe, manageable relief and work closely with your doctor.

Whenever I get a sudden sharp pain, I start worrying if it is something really serious and wish I could just make it disappear. Does anyone else get very anxious and scared when they feel physical discomfort? I always feel like I need to run to the clinic.
