Look, vomiting is just your body's natural way of throwing out something toxic that shouldn't be inside. It is uncomfortable for a minute, but you actually feel much better immediately after it's out. Don't fight it or fear it, just let your body do its job and drink some water after.

It is very natural to feel anxious about vomiting, but you must remember it is a protective mechanism of the body. To calm your stomach and ease the nausea, you can slowly sip warm ginger water or chew on a piece of cardamom. Always rest quietly in a well-ventilated room.

I used to get severe nausea and vomiting episodes due to my hormonal imbalances and thyroid issues, which made me very anxious. Once I consulted my doctor, got regular blood tests, and managed my condition, the nausea stopped. Please consult a doctor to find the root cause if you feel nauseous frequently.

Vomiting se darr toh lagta hai, haan? But honestly, once it happens, the nausea goes away instantly and you feel so relieved, na. Just sit near a window for fresh air and take slow, deep breaths whenever you feel sick.

Nausea can be so annoying, but don't worry too much! Just close your eyes, listen to some calming music, and try sucking on a lemon candy to distract your mind. It really helps to take the edge off that scary feeling.
