How to never sleep?

I have so much on my plate these days, sometimes I wish I didn't need to sleep at all. Is there any way, maybe through some meditation or technique, to function without needing sleep?

Trying to stay awake indefinitely is extremely dangerous for your health, especially for sugar levels. Sleep deprivation spikes cortisol, which directly causes severe insulin resistance and blood sugar fluctuations. Please prioritize getting 7-8 hours of sleep for your metabolic health.

During my college exams, I tried staying awake for two days straight using energy drinks, and I ended up fainting from exhaustion. It was a horrible experience and taught me that the human body absolutely needs sleep to survive. I would never recommend anyone to skip their rest.

My elders always said that proper sleep is the foundation of long life and good health. Scientifically, our bodies cannot function without sleep, as it is vital for brain and organ recovery. If you are struggling with sleep issues, please consult a qualified physician rather than trying to avoid sleep.

I was reading about the science of sleep, and it turns out that even a few days of total sleep deprivation can be life-threatening. Our brain needs that time to flush out toxins and consolidate memories. It is physically impossible and highly dangerous to try to live without sleeping.

Why on earth would you want to never sleep? At my age, sleep is the only peaceful escape I get from daily stress! Seriously though, sleep is an absolute biological necessity, so please don't try any dangerous experiments to stay awake.

I asked my doctor about extreme sleep deprivation, and he explained that going without sleep for extended periods can cause severe hallucinations, cognitive decline, and even cardiovascular failure. Sleep is a non-negotiable biological process. If you have insomnia or any sleep disorder, please seek medical help immediately.

Bro, sleep is literally the best part of the day, why would you want to avoid it? Staying awake for too long will just ruin your memory, focus, and mental health. Trust me, pulling all-nighters is not worth it, just get your proper rest.
