How to need less sleep?

I'm a student and with exams coming up, I really need more study time. Is there any way to naturally reduce the amount of sleep I need without feeling completely exhausted or affecting my health?

Hey, don't stress too much about sleeping less, your body actually needs those 7 to 8 hours to function properly. Trying to force yourself to survive on less sleep will just leave you exhausted and cranky. Just focus on sleeping well rather than cutting it down.

In my experience, trying to sleep less is usually counterproductive for your long-term health and focus. If you want to feel fresher with normal sleep, try keeping a consistent wake-up time and avoiding screens before bed. Please listen to your body's natural signals and don't deprive yourself of rest.

Whenever I try to cut down my sleep, I end up getting massive midnight cravings for biryani and sweets! Honestly, a well-rested body has much better appetite control. Don't fight your sleep cycle, just enjoy your food and get your proper rest.

As someone who works night shifts, I can tell you that trying to function on minimal sleep damages your immune system and focus. If you feel you are sleeping too much, it could be a sign of low vitamin D or B12, so it is better to get a basic health checkup done instead of forcing yourself to stay awake.

Our body requires proper rest as per the laws of nature, and trying to reduce it is not healthy. To improve the quality of your sleep so you wake up earlier naturally, you can try drinking a warm cup of haldi milk before bed. But never force your body to stay awake against its natural needs.

Sleeping well is like a superpower for glowing skin and great energy! Instead of wanting less sleep, maybe try power naps during the day to feel refreshed. But do talk to a doctor if you feel tired all the time despite sleeping enough.

I used to feel like I needed 10 hours of sleep and still woke up exhausted, which I later found out was due to my underactive thyroid. If you are struggling with extreme fatigue or feeling like you sleep too much, please get your thyroid levels checked and follow up with a doctor.

When I had issues with my sleep duration and constant daytime fatigue, I visited a specialist at a reputed hospital. They explained that trying to reduce sleep artificially can lead to serious cardiovascular risks. I highly recommend consulting a physician to discuss your daily routine safely.
