How to naturally heal pcos?

I've been diagnosed with PCOS and I'm looking for natural ways to manage my symptoms and maybe even heal it. My periods are very irregular and it's quite frustrating.

To manage conditions like PCOS, a structured lifestyle with a regular sleep routine and stress management is key, similar to how I manage my blood pressure. It is very important to get regular health checkups and consult a gynecologist for a proper long-term plan.

Honestly, with a busy corporate job, finding time for complex natural remedies is hard. I managed my PCOS symptoms simply by reducing packaged junk foods, switching to whole grains, and doing a 30-minute workout daily. Consistency is much better than complicated diets.

I have PCOS too, and while cutting out processed sugar and doing gentle strength training helped regulate my periods, I don't claim it can be fully 'healed' or cured naturally. It is an ongoing lifestyle management process, so please work with a good gynecologist and endocrinologist.

So many girls in my hostel have PCOS! Many of them manage it by doing basic home workouts, skipping late-night maggi, and drinking spearmint tea which is supposed to help with hormonal acne. But definitely get a scan and talk to a doctor first.

I recently brought my PCOS under control and regularized my periods. The biggest game-changers for me were maintaining a strict sleeping schedule, taking vitamin D supplements as recommended by my doctor, and walking 10,000 steps daily. Focus on overall lifestyle rather than quick fixes.

My sister struggled with PCOS for years. She finally got it under control by focusing heavily on strength training at the gym and eating a high-protein diet to manage insulin resistance. It takes time, but lifestyle changes really work wonders.
