Honestly I just help my sister out when she gets terrible cramps. A simple hot water bag wrapped in a towel works best for her. Also getting her some dark chocolate and making sure she just rests and doesnt run around helps a lot.

In our days, we used to drink warm water with a little ajwain or ginger boiled in it to soothe the stomach. Please avoid very cold drinks or heavy food during these days. But if the pain is unbearable and you cannot stand up, do not keep taking home remedies, consult a proper lady doctor.

Mere saath bhi bohot hotal tha pehle, physically active rehna thoda help karta hai. Haan, periods ke time bas aaram karo aur garam paani piyo na, usse pet ko kaafi relief milta hai. Junk food bilkul skip karo inn dino me, bloating kam hogi.

For mild to moderate cramps, keeping a heating pad on your lower back or abdomen really relaxes the muscles. Gentle stretching and staying hydrated also make a huge difference. If the pain is too severe, please don't just self-medicate with heavy painkillers without asking a gynecologist first.

Honestly, the best cure is to wrap yourself like a burrito in your blanket and ignore the world. A hot water bag and spamming your favorite series is the ultimate formula. Just tell everyone to leave you alone for two days and you'll survive!
