How to measure acidity?

My stomach sometimes feels a bit off, and my local hakimi told me it could be acidity. How exactly can one measure acidity at home or if there's some common way to know for sure? I'm a bit curious.

We must be very careful, as chronic acidity can affect digestion and sugar absorption. Keep track of how certain foods like high-sugar fruits or tea affect your stomach, and maintain a simple food diary to see what triggers it.

For me, the ultimate measure of acidity is that burning throat sensation right after enjoying a plate of spicy biryani! Honestly, if you start getting sour burps or chest burning frequently, it means your spice levels are way too high.

If you are feeling constant chest burning or bloating, it is your body telling you to slow down. Just eat smaller meals and drink plenty of water to help balance things out.

Haan, pet mein jalan ho toh samajh jao acidity thoda badh gayi hai. Jyada tea aur coffee pine se bhi hota hai na. Thoda thanda doodh piyo, turant relief milta hai.

If you want to clinically measure acidity levels, doctors can perform a 24-hour pH study or an endoscopy if it is severe. Please visit a gastroenterologist at a good hospital rather than self-treating with random antacids constantly.
