How to measure acidity and alkalinity?

I've been reading a lot about the balance of acidity and alkalinity in the body for overall health. Is there a simple way to measure these levels? I'm trying to understand if my diet is helping or harming this balance.

For home tests, you can easily buy simple pH strips from a pharmacy to test saliva or urine. Keep in mind that body pH changes throughout the day based on what you eat, so don't get too stressed about minor fluctuations.

Don't fall for these internet trends selling expensive alkaline water and fake pH testing kits. Your body's internal blood pH is strictly regulated by your kidneys and lungs, so always talk to a real doctor to understand your actual metabolic health.

The easiest way to track this is by noticing how clean and light you feel after eating alkaline-rich foods like cucumber, coconut water, and greens! When you have too much fried stuff, that heavy burning feeling is a clear sign of acidity.

Haan, tests toh hote hain lab mein, par simple gharelu tarika hai ki pet ka dhyan rakho na. Agar roz subah gas aur jalan ho rahi hai, toh body mein acidity jyada hai. Thoda nimbu paani aur dahi lene se balance rehta hai.

I use a modern health-tracking app where I log my meals and digestive symptoms like bloating or heartburn daily. It helps correlate if eating high-acid foods is causing discomfort, so you can adjust your diet scientifically.

Unless you are doing a chemistry lab project, don't worry too much about exact numbers! If your stomach feels peaceful, you are alkaline enough; if it feels like a volcano, you need to cut down the spicy pakoras!
