Vomiting always panics me so much because of dehydration risk. Please try sipping very cold water or sucking on an ice cube slowly, don't gulp down liquids all at once. If you can't keep even water down for more than 4-5 hours, it might be better to visit a clinic.
Haan na, vomit hone ke baad pura badan kamzor ho jata hai. Thoda nimbu paani mein namak aur shakkar daal ke dheere dheere sip karo, usse bahot aaram milta hai. Kuch heavy khane ki galti mat karna abhi.
The primary goal is preventing dehydration, so ORS solution is your best bet right now. However, if the vomiting is accompanied by severe abdominal pain, high fever, or blood, you must seek medical attention immediately. Let a doctor evaluate the underlying cause.
Ghar mein ORS packet ho toh thode paani mein ghol kar thoda thoda peete raho. Agar ORS nahi hai, toh uble paani mein thoda namak aur cheeni mila kar thandi karke pi lo. Isse body ki kamzori door hogi aur dehydration nahi hoga.
Avoid dairy, oily foods, and spicy curries completely for the next 24 hours. Once your stomach settles down a bit, you can try eating simple boiled rice with a little curd or some plain khichdi. Keep the food extremely light and bland.
Haan, vomiting ke baad stomach ko thoda rest do na. Ekdum se roti-sabzi mat khao, bas thoda sa adrak ka chhota tukda muh mein rakh lo, taste bhi theek hoga aur ulti jaisa lagna band ho jayega.
Puttar, safe rehne ke liye thoda sa saunf (fennel seeds) chaba lo, isse pet shant hota hai. Paani thoda-thoda hi peena, ek baar mein zyada peene se phir se ulti ho sakti hai. Agar aaram na mile toh daktar ko dikhane mein deri mat karna.
