How to manage heart attack?

My elderly uncle recently had a mild heart attack, and thankfully he's recovering. Our family wants to know what are the crucial steps and lifestyle changes we need to implement to manage his condition going forward and prevent another incident?

I once rushed to the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack, but the doctor reassured me it was just a severe panic attack with acidity. However, for any chest pain or heavy pressure, it is always best to let the doctors check you immediately in the ER.

Honestly guys, we should all know basic CPR and have local hospital numbers saved. If someone around you is showing symptoms like sudden chest pressure and sweating, don't wait for them to say yes, just take them to a doctor.

A heart attack is a critical medical emergency where every minute counts. Do not waste time asking online or trying home remedies. Call an ambulance immediately or rush to the nearest cardiac hospital emergency room.

My uncle had a sudden cardiac event right in front of us. We didn't waste time, gave him an aspirin chewable tablet as advised by the emergency line and got him to the hospital in 10 minutes. Quick action is what saves lives.

Haan, heart attack blockages are serious issues, isme bilkul risk nahi le sakte na. If someone has heavy chest pain, sweating, or pain in the left arm, take them to the hospital immediately. Keep emergency numbers on speed dial.
