How to manage fatty liver?

My recent health checkup showed I have a fatty liver, which was a bit of a shock. The doctor advised lifestyle changes. What are the best ways to manage fatty liver through diet and exercise? I want to make sure it doesn't get worse.

Listen, dont panic first of all. Fatty liver is very common now because of our desk jobs and junk food, but it is completely reversible. Just start with cutting down on oily outside food and sugar, and walk for 30 minutes daily. Be regular with this and you will see your reports get much better soon, okay?

Yes, totally agree with the above advice. Honestly, cutting out bakery items and soft drinks worked wonders for my liver reports within three months.

Ghar pe you can try having lukewarm water with a bit of lemon in the morning, and start cooking in very less mustard oil. But remember if you have any severe stomach pain or yellowing of eyes, please dont rely on home remedies. Go straight to a proper doctor and get an ultrasound done.

Actually bro, my gym trainer told me to stop drinking alcohol and eating those late-night cheesy burgers for this. It is hard to skip hostel food party but daily walk and home-like simple food is the only way out.

I just got my normal ultrasound report last week after having grade 2 fatty liver! I strictly followed a low-carb diet, skipped all sweets, and did daily cardio for 40 minutes. It takes patience of 4-5 months but your body will definitely recover.

A simple habit shift can work wonders here! Just replace your heavy evening snacks with fresh fruits or roasted chana, and drink lots of water. Keeping your body active is the happiest way to heal your liver!

Please take this seriously and go to a gastroenterologist soon. I ignored my mild liver swelling for two years thinking it was just gas, and now I am on strict medication with a damaged liver. Please get blood tests like LFT done regularly.
