I totally get it, emotional pain can feel physically heavy and exhausting. Please don't bottle it up. Talk to a close friend or family member, or just write it down in a journal to release it.

If emotional pain is affecting your daily functioning, sleep, or appetite for more than a couple of weeks, please consult a therapist or counselor. Professional therapy is a very structured and effective way to heal.

Actually yaar, sometimes we just need to get out of our rooms. Going for a quiet walk in a park or sitting near the beach really helped me clear my head when I was feeling very low.

Try doing things that make your soul happy, even if it's just listening to your favorite songs or eating a comforting meal! 🌸 Every small step towards yourself counts!

I have been through some very dark phases where the sadness felt like it would never end. It's okay to cry and not be okay today. Healing takes time, so please don't pressure yourself to recover instantly.

When my mind is a mess, I hit the gym or go for a hard run. The physical exertion releases endorphins, which really helps shift your mood and gives you some mental clarity.

Eating clean, fresh, home-cooked food and staying hydrated actually plays a big role in how we feel mentally. Avoid too much caffeine or processed sugar, as they can cause energy and mood crashes.
