Actually yaar, knee pain can be so annoying. My mom found that wearing a good quality knee cap during her walks gives her great support and prevents the pain from worsening.

Please try to avoid sitting cross-legged on the floor or using low stools, as that puts a lot of pressure on your knees. Use a comfortable chair and take care of your joints, okay?

I know how scary it feels when your knees start creaking and hurting daily, it makes you feel like you are losing your mobility. But don't worry, with proper physiotherapy, you can strengthen the muscles and feel much better.

Weight management is the most practical solution for knee arthritis. Losing even a couple of kilos reduces the daily load on your knees significantly. Also, invest in a pair of good cushioned walking shoes.

My son had severe joint pain due to early onset juvenile arthritis. Along with his doctor's medicines, regular gentle leg raises while sitting on a chair helped build his quadricep strength a lot.
