Bro, just keep your phone in another room at night. I used to scroll till 3 AM and struggle, but once the screen is away, your eyes automatically get tired. Also try reading a boring book, works like magic.

My physician advised keeping a fixed wake-up time even on weekends to set your circadian rhythm. He also mentioned avoiding heavy meals and caffeine at least four hours before going to bed. If insomnia persists for weeks, it is best to get a proper clinical evaluation.

Honestly, if you don't burn enough energy during the day, your body won't feel tired. Try adding a 45-minute workout or a brisk walk in the evening. Just make sure you don't exercise right before sleeping, as that can actually keep you awake.

At my age, sleep doesn't come easily if the mind is cluttered with worries. I have realized that washing my feet with cold water and drinking a cup of warm turmeric milk really calms the nerves before bed. Don't worry too much, sleep will come when your body is relaxed.

Don't stress yourself out trying to force it, that actually makes it harder to fall asleep. Just lie down comfortably, take deep breaths, and focus on your breathing. You had a long day, so just let your mind rest now.
