How to make stomach pain go away?

I've had a really bad stomach ache since last night, probably from eating something spicy at a dhabha. It's not severe enough for a doctor yet, but it's quite uncomfortable. Any home remedies or quick tips on how to make stomach pain go away?

Sauf ka paani peekar dekho, kaafi aaram milta hai, haan na. If it is simple acidity, warm water with a bit of hing also works wonders instantly. Just lie down for some time.

Drink warm ginger and mint tea, it really relaxes the stomach! Also, a hot water bag is your best friend during stomach cramps. Hope you feel better very soon!

Gentle Vajrasana after meals helps in digestion and relieves gas pain. You can also try slow, deep diaphragmatic breathing to relax the abdominal muscles. Avoid heavy food when the stomach is upset.

Before spending 2000 rupees on ultrasound and blood tests, try basic ORS or gelusil for a day if it is just acidity. But if the pain goes to the right side, don't delay, as scan costs are worth avoiding appendix complications.

If it is just bloating or gas, a slow 15-minute walk inside the house can help release the trapped gas. But if the pain is sharp or severe, please don't do any exercise and rest immediately.

Arre, don't stress too much! Just drink some warm buttermilk with black salt and lay on your left side. It usually passes in an hour or so, just chill and watch a show.

Honestly, whenever I get bad stomach pain after eating outside, I just take a Pudin Hara with warm water. It clears up the acidity pretty quickly. If it still hurts after a few hours, just go to a clinic.
