How to make sleep mask?

I'm trying to improve my sleep quality, and I heard that using a sleep mask can help a lot. I want to try making one myself from some old fabric rather than buying it. Does anyone have simple instructions on how to make a sleep mask?

Making a sleep mask is great, but make sure your blood pressure is in check if you have trouble sleeping. I use a simple cotton cloth folded over my eyes. Keeping BP under control with daily walks is what actually solved my sleep issues.

You can make a very soothing sleep mask by putting a few dried lavender flowers or raw ajwain inside a soft cotton pouch. It smells amazing and helps you sleep deeply. Just stitch it loosely so the aroma comes through.

Honestly, I just use a clean soft black t-shirt folded over my eyes when the hostel lights are on. If you want to make one, just use fabric glue on some thick felt paper and attach a hairband. Super easy hack.

Ghar pe sleep mask banana is very easy, haan na. Just take an old soft cotton dupatta, cut it in shape and stitch it. Cotton is the best for eyes, synthetic fabric se skin rashes ho sakte hain.

While a cotton mask blocks light, also focus on your evening diet for good sleep. Avoid heavy, spicy meals post 8 PM. Drinking a warm cup of haldi-milk before putting on your mask works wonders.

My doctor recommended using 100% breathable organic cotton or silk for eye masks to prevent skin irritation and sweat build-up. You can easily stitch one at home using soft cotton batting inside two layers of silk fabric. Avoid synthetic polyesters as they trap heat.

Just get some soft scrap fabric, cut it into an eye-patch shape, and sew an elastic band to the ends. It takes like 10 minutes max. No need to buy expensive fancy stuff online, DIY is way better.
