How to make my computer never sleep?

I often leave my PC on for long downloads or renders, but it always goes to sleep, pausing everything. It's very frustrating. Can someone tell me how to make my computer never sleep?

Just like I tell my patients to get clear advice for health, for computers you should check the official Windows support guides. Adjust the power plan settings to 'never' for both plugged in and battery modes.

I totally get it, it is so annoying when you are downloading a huge file and the PC just logs out. You can change your power sleep settings to 'never' in the control panel.

Please be careful about leaving your system running 24/7 without ventilation. My laptop overheated and the battery swelled up, which was quite dangerous, so use this setting cautiously.

I am not a tech expert, but I use a small program called Caffeine on my Windows PC. It places a tiny icon in the taskbar that keeps the computer active without changing system files.

Back in my day, we used to shut down the system every night to keep it running smoothly. But if you must keep it awake, just go to your Control Panel under Power Options and select 'Never'.
