How to make macbook not sleep?

I'm often running simulations on my MacBook overnight, and it keeps going to sleep and pausing the process. How do I make my MacBook not sleep at all while these are running?

Agreed, it's so frustrating during long downloads. Just download the Lungo app or change the display sleep settings to never.

If only I could get my active mind to sleep like this MacBook does! Go to System Settings and then Lock Screen, you can change the timing there so you don't have to keep tap-tapping the spacebar.

I use the 'caffeinate' command in terminal during my deep work blocks to match my focus timer. It keeps the screen awake without installing heavy third-party apps.

Hey, don't worry, your laptop is totally fine. Just check your battery and lock screen settings, you can easily increase the idle time before it goes to sleep.
