How to make cavities go away?

My dentist told me I have a few small cavities, and I'm a bit worried. Is there any way to make cavities go away naturally or at home, or do I always need to get them filled?

In my youth, I also thought some magic home remedy would make my tooth decay disappear. But let me tell you from experience, once a cavity actually forms a physical hole, only a proper dentist can clean and fill it. Don't wait too long or you might need a painful root canal later.

Cavity khud se toh thik nahi hoti, haan na. Hum sirf pain thoda kam kar sakte hain namak ke paani se. Par permanent solution ke liye doctor ke paas jaakar filling hi karana padega, wahi sabse best hai.

I am starting to get a small dark spot on my back tooth and I'm really scared of dental drills. Can using a special fluoride toothpaste reverse it if it is still very small, or is it too late already? Please let me know what worked for you.

You can't actually reverse a cavity once the enamel is destroyed. I track my dental hygiene habits on my health app and make sure to brush twice daily and floss. To prevent new ones, limit sugary snacks and get a professional dental cleaning every six months.

Hey, I totally get being worried about cavities! While you can't make an existing one go away at home, brushing with fluoride toothpaste and cutting down on sweet bedtime snacks will stop it from getting worse. Just book a quick dentist appointment to get it filled, it's actually very painless these days.
