How to make braces pain go away?

Just got my braces tightened yesterday, and my teeth are hurting like crazy. It's really hard to eat or even talk properly. What can I do to make braces pain go away quickly? My friends said it gets better, but right now it's too much.

When I had braces, the first three days after every tightening session were very difficult. I just stuck to cold milkshakes and thin dal-rice because chewing anything hard was impossible. Cold things really helped numb the gums for a while.

To soothe the mouth pain, many people suggest ice cream, but since I have to manage my blood sugar, I avoided sweet items. Instead, I rinsed my mouth with cold saltwater and ate cold, unsweetened curd. It worked beautifully without affecting my glucose levels.

When the dental pain was bothering me, I found that a light evening walk really helped distract my mind. Just avoid heavy workouts or running if clenching your jaw during exercise makes the pain worse. Keep it simple and eat soft meals.

This physical discomfort is just a temporary phase on your journey to a beautiful smile. Try to keep your mind calm, drink warm herbal tea, and avoid focusing too much on the pain. Take very good care of yourself and let your body heal naturally.

Hey, salt water rinses are your absolute best friend for the first few days! Just mix half a teaspoon of salt in warm water and gargle a few times a day. It heals any small cuts inside your mouth and reduces the swelling fast.

I used to worry constantly that the pain meant something was going wrong or a wire had slipped out of place. It's usually just normal pressure, but if you feel something sharp sticking out, don't try to bend it yourself. Just call your orthodontist's clinic immediately to be safe.

Garm paani mein thoda namak daal kar kulla kijiye, bohot aaram milega. Khane mein daliya aur dahi jaisi naram cheezein hi khaiye abhi do-teen din. Himmat rakhiye, sab theek ho jayega.

Bro, just live on cold smoothies and ice cream for two days. Honestly, don't even try to chew parathas or anything solid right now or it'll hurt like crazy. The pain goes away soon, so just chill.

Actually, the wax they give you is a lifesaver yaar. Just stick a small ball of it on the bracket that is scratching your cheek. And don't skip the soft diet, otherwise it just hurts so much more.

I remember crying in my room the first week I got braces because the wires were poking my cheeks so badly. It is completely okay to feel frustrated and miserable right now. Use the orthodontic wax your dentist gave you on the sharp parts, it honestly saves your mouth from getting cuts.

Eating soft foods like khichdi and taking a mild painkiller prescribed by your dentist will help you get through the tough days. Hang in there, the pain usually fades away in less than a week.

I got my wires tightened last month and the soreness was real. I just sucked on ice cubes and took the pain relief tablet my doctor wrote down for me. Don't worry, your teeth are just adjusting to the alignment.
