How to make a remedy for pain in mouth?

My gums have been hurting a lot lately, and sometimes I get these small ulcers in my mouth. It's really bothering me when I try to eat. What kind of home remedy can I make for this pain in my mouth?

I panicked so much when I had a painful red ulcer last month, thinking it was some major infection. But my dentist reassured me it was just a regular heat ulcer; it completely disappeared in five days with a simple soothing gel.

Swishing warm water mixed with a pinch of organic turmeric and rock salt is a very gentle way to soothe mouth tissues. Keep your mind calm and practice sheetali pranayama to cool the inner heat naturally.

My grandmother always suggests chewing on some holy basil leaves or applying coconut oil to soothe mouth pain. However, I always believe in visiting the dentist if the pain is severe or making it hard to swallow.

Mouth sores can sometimes happen due to vitamin deficiencies or eating too much processed food. Try adding more leafy greens and curd to your meals, but don't ignore it if the pain doesn't go away.

Ah, the classic 'can't eat spicy golgappas' pain! Just stick to cold curd rice and avoid biting your own cheek for a few days, and your mouth will heal itself perfectly.

For mild mouth pain, warm saltwater rinses three times a day are clinically effective to reduce bacteria. However, as my dentist explained, if you have a persistent sore or swelling lasting more than 10 days, you must get it evaluated to rule out deeper issues.
