How to lower risk of heart attack?

My doctor recently warned me about my heart health and suggested I make some significant changes. What are the best ways to lower the risk of a heart attack? I'm looking for practical advice on diet and exercise.

Yaar, heart attack ka risk kam karna hai toh sabse pehle toh stress kam karo. Actually, my dad had a scare, so now we all eat home food, less oil, and walk daily. No smoking, no excessive drinking. And regular checkups for BP and cholesterol are a must. Seriously, it helps.

As a parent, I'm always trying to set a good example for my kids. For heart health, we ensure home-cooked meals, limit sweets and junk food. We try to go for family walks or cycling. And regular doctor visits for cholesterol and BP checks are essential, especially as you get older. Taking care of yourself is taking care of your family.

Namaste! To lower heart attack risk, the fundamentals are key. A balanced diet low in saturated and trans fats, rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Regular physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and quitting smoking are non-negotiable. Also, managing stress effectively and getting enough sleep are vital. And regular doctor check-ups, of course!

Being a diabetic, I know how crucial diet is for heart health. Keep sugar intake very low, focus on complex carbs and fiber. Avoid processed foods completely. Regular monitoring of blood sugar, BP, and cholesterol is non-negotiable. Also, daily exercise, even a brisk walk, helps immensely. It's a daily commitment.

Mujhe high BP hai, toh heart health ka bahut dhyan rakhna padta hai. Mere doctor ne bola hai ki namak kam khao, oily food bilkul nahi, aur roz subah shaam walk karo. Stress management bhi bahut important hai. Aur regular checkups karwao taaki BP aur cholesterol control mein rahe.
