My doctor told me I have some fat in my liver, and I need to reduce it. What are the best ways to lower liver fat? I'm looking for advice on diet and lifestyle changes mainly.

As someone with PCOS, I know how interconnected everything is. To lower liver fat, doctors usually recommend losing weight, cutting out sugar completely (especially sugary drinks), and reducing refined carbs. Exercise, even just daily walking, makes a big difference. It needs consistent effort and a doctor's guidance.

For liver fat, a gentle approach works wonders. Along with a doctor's advice, incorporating more physical activity and a healthier diet is key. Surya Namaskar and some twisting asanas can aid digestion and metabolism. Pranayama like Bhastrika also helps cleanse the system. Be consistent and patient.

Haan ji, liver fat kam karne ke liye doctor ne mere uncle ko bola tha ki meetha bilkul band kar do. Aur fatty food bhi na khana. Regular walk pe jao aur paani bhi khoob piyo. Thoda time lagta hai, par ho jaata hai. Ghar ka khana best hai.

It can feel really overwhelming when you find out about liver fat, I remember feeling so low about it. The most important thing is to focus on sustainable lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. Gradual weight loss, cutting out processed foods, and staying active really helps. Please be kind to yourself through the process.

Beta, liver mein charbi kam karni ho toh sabse pehle toh tel-masala kam khana. Ghar pe saaf-sutara khana banao, daal-roti-sabzi. Aur roz subah shaam thoda chalne jaao. Doctor ko bhi dikha lena ek baar, woh achhe se samjha denge. Fikr mat karo, sab theek ho jayega.
