How to lower liver enzymes before a blood test?

I have an upcoming blood test next week and I'm worried my liver enzymes might be slightly high due to some recent stress. Is there anything I can do in a short period to help lower my liver enzymes before the blood test?

Honestly, I had this issue last year. My doc told me to cut down on fried food completely, no alcohol at all, and just eat light home-cooked meals for a week or two before the test. Also, stay super hydrated. It really made a difference in my reports.

Haan ji, liver enzymes kam karne ke liye ek toh oily-spicy food band kardo thode din ke liye. Aur jo log daaru peete hain na, unko toh bilkul chor deni chahiye. Paani khoob piyo, aur ghar ka simple khana khao. Meri mom bhi aise hi karti hain.

Hello! While medical advice is paramount, gentle practices can support your body. I found that doing light yoga and pranayama, especially Kapalbhati, helped me feel better overall. Of course, combine it with a balanced diet and proper rest, it might help.

Okay, so, before a liver enzyme test, you need to be strict. No alcohol, absolutely zero. Reduce processed foods, sugar, and fatty stuff. Drink loads of water. A doctor will give you the best advice, but these general tips usually help for a temporary reduction.

Meri BP ki wajah se mujhe regularly checkups karwane padte hain. Doctor ne bataya ki liver enzymes badhe hue hain toh diet mein changes bahut zaroori hain. Kam oil wala khana, lots of fruits and veggies. Aur regular walking bhi kaam aati hai.

Uff, liver enzymes! As a foodie, it's tough, but for a few days, I'd say just switch to boiled veggies, dal, and plain rice. No street food, no desserts. It's a temporary sacrifice, but it might help get those numbers down for your blood test. Phir baad mein cheat day kar lena!
