When my body's fighting something, I focus on giving it the best fuel. Hydration is super important; I try to sip on water or ORS constantly. Light, easily digestible food. And obviously, no workouts till the fever breaks. Rest is key, let your body recover.

Wanna lower fever fast? Just imagine your boss calling for an urgent meeting! Works every time, the stress will shock it away! Kidding, of course. Cool bath, paracetamol, and lots of sleep are the actual boring but effective methods. And water, lots of water!

My child, when the body has a fever, it is trying to heal itself. So support it with rest and gentle care. Drink warm water, and have light, comforting food. Keep your mind peaceful and positive. Trust in the body's wisdom, but if discomfort persists, do seek a doctor's advice.

Having a fever, especially a high one, can be really unsettling, I know that feeling of wanting it gone ASAP. It's natural to panic a bit. Try to calm down first. Take a paracetamol, and then sponge your body with lukewarm water. Remember to stay super hydrated. If the anxiety gets too much or it doesn't break, call a doctor.

Fever can really throw your system off balance, especially if you have existing conditions like PCOS. While you can use a cool compress and stay hydrated, for quick and safe fever reduction, a doctor-prescribed paracetamol is usually the go-to. Don't experiment with unverified methods; safety first.

For fever, especially if you want it down fast, here's what typically works: take a paracetamol tablet (follow dosage instructions!), sponge bath with lukewarm water, wear light cotton clothes, and drink plenty of fluids like water, nimbu pani, or clear soup. Don't cover yourself too much. If it's very high or doesn't come down, definitely call your doctor.

My doctor always explains that for fast fever reduction, a paracetamol or ibuprofen (if suitable for you) is the quickest pharmacological option. Additionally, external cooling methods like a lukewarm bath or sponging the body, especially the armpits and groin, can significantly help. Ensure good ventilation in the room and keep hydrated to aid cooling.

To bring a fever down, take a mild fever reducer if you have one and use cool compresses. Rest and fluids are also very important. Hope you get well very soon.

Arrey, high fever is so uncomfortable, ho na? Best thing is to take a mild fever medicine like Paracetamol, and then just rest. Aur haan, sponge bath with lukewarm water can bring it down quite fast. Don't wear too many layers of clothes, keep it light.

In Ayurveda, a light diet and plenty of rest are advised for fever. You can also try a compress with a cloth dipped in cool water on the forehead. Gentle breathing exercises, like Sitali pranayama, might help cool the body, but only if you feel up to it. Listen to your body and don't push it.

My smart thermometer syncs with my app and gives me readings. For a high fever, I usually take a dose of paracetamol and do a tepid sponge bath. Make sure to log your temperature and any meds you take. If it's not dropping or you're feeling worse, a video consultation with a doc is super easy now.

I can't stress this enough – if a fever is very high or comes on suddenly with other symptoms, please see a doctor immediately. I once tried to just 'wait it out' and it led to a severe infection. Quick fever reduction is important, but getting a diagnosis is even more so. Don't risk it.
