Yaar, diabetes ka risk kam karna hai toh basically healthy lifestyle apnao. Actually, it's all about eating ghar ka khana, cutting down on maida and sugar, and thodi walk. Meri mom bhi bolti hai, stress bhi kam lo. Simple hai, but consistency chahiye.

This is a really important question for preventive health. So it's mostly diet and exercise, right? Are there any specific foods that are known to significantly reduce the risk, or types of exercises that are particularly effective? Just gathering information for my family, too.

I'm quite new to understanding health topics like these. Is there a certain age when people should start being really careful about their diabetes risk? And what kind of early signs should one look out for?

I've tried many things to stay healthy and keep diabetes away. Cutting down on refined carbs and sugar has been the most effective. Also, adding more fiber through vegetables and whole grains. Some people swear by methi dana (fenugreek seeds) soaked overnight, but a balanced diet and regular movement are the true long-term remedies.

To lower diabetes risk, consistent physical activity is non-negotiable. Aim for at least 30-45 minutes of brisk walking or any moderate exercise most days of the week. Even simple things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking further away can make a difference. It helps a lot with insulin sensitivity.
