How to lie with lower back pain?

Been dealing with lower back pain on and off for a few months now, especially when I try to get some sleep. I've tried different pillows but nothing seems to help consistently. What's the recommended sleeping position when you have lower back pain?

Oh, back pain is seriously worrying, especially when it affects basic things like sleeping. Have you tried a firm mattress? Sometimes a soft one makes it worse. And a pillow under your knees if you're on your back, or between them if on your side. Hope you find relief soon, don't ignore it, okay?

Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees. It aligns your spine better. Or if you prefer on your back, a small pillow under your lower back. Works for most people. Give it a shot.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with back pain. It sounds really uncomfortable. I've heard some people find relief by sleeping on their side with a pillow. Does anyone know if there are specific types of pillows that help more?

Look, people will give you all sorts of tips online, but back pain can be serious. What works for one person might not work for you, or even make it worse. Best to consult a physio or doctor to properly diagnose the cause before trying any random sleeping positions.

I totally get it, back pain can ruin your sleep and your day. What helps me sometimes is sleeping on the floor for a bit, just a thin mattress. The firmness can be really good for alignment. Also, a hot water bag before bed might ease the muscles.

It's tricky with back pain, what helps really depends on the cause. Generally, maintaining a neutral spine is key. Side sleeping with a pillow between knees or back sleeping with a small pillow under the arch of the back can help. But honestly, a doctor or physiotherapist can give personalized advice after an assessment.

I ignored my back pain for too long thinking it was just a bad posture or something. Ended up making it worse. Please don't be like me. Get it checked by a doctor. They might recommend specific exercises or sleeping positions suited for your condition.

For mild back pain, sleeping on your side in the fetal position can sometimes provide relief. Or on your back with legs elevated on pillows. But if the pain is severe or persistent, please don't just rely on home remedies. A visit to the doctor is important.

Haan ji, back pain is no joke! Try sleeping on your side, haan, with a small pillow between your knees. It helps to keep your hips aligned. Ya fir, on your back, ek chota towel roll karke lower back ke niche rakh lo. Dekho, maybe it helps na.

Hey! So for back pain, try putting a pillow under your abdomen if you sleep on your stomach, or between your knees if on your side. The goal is to keep your spine as straight as possible. Also, check your mattress, sometimes a very old or soft one is the culprit. Simple stuff first.

Oh no, back pain! That's the worst. Don't stress too much, but try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees, or on your back with a pillow under your knees. It seriously makes a difference. Also, a warm bath before bed can sometimes help relax the muscles. Hope you feel better soon!

Beta, back pain is common as we get older, but it's important to find comfort. My mother used to say, put a small pillow under your waist when sleeping on your back, it gives support. Or on your side, like a baby, it feels safe and aligned. Don't worry too much, just find what feels best for you.
