How to lessen period cramps pain?

Every month, my period cramps are so bad that I can't even go to college. My mother says it's normal, but sometimes I feel like crying because of the pain. Is there anything effective I can do to lessen these period cramps?

Yaar, period cramps are the absolute worst! Actually, a hot water bag is my lifesaver, always. And try to avoid cold drinks and junk food during that time. Sometimes a light walk also helps, if the pain is not too severe. Don't suffer in silence, okay?

Haan na, period pain bahut mushkil hota hai. Mujhko toh garam paani ki patti se hi thoda relax milta hai. Aur kabhi-kabhi ginger tea bhi acchi lagti hai. Pet pe halki malish bhi kar sakte ho. Bas thoda relax karo aur stress mat lo.

Period cramps can be really painful. Ek toh garam paani ki bottle pet pe rakho. Aur adrak wali chai bhi thoda aram deti hai. Agar dard bahut zyada ho toh ek painkiller le lo jo doctor ne suggest kiya ho. Aur aaram karo, zyada kaam mat karna. Simple solutions often work best.

For period cramps, a lot of women find relief with natural methods like chamomile tea, gentle yoga stretches, or adding fennel seeds to their water. A warm bath also helps. But if your pain is excruciating or unusually severe, please see a gynecologist. Don't just suffer through it thinking it's normal, get a checkup.

I track my periods and pain levels on my health app, which helps me anticipate and prepare. For cramps, I use a heating pad (I love the electric ones!), and my app also suggests gentle stretches. Staying hydrated and reducing caffeine leading up to my period helps. Plus, those period-specific yoga flows on YouTube are a lifesaver!
