How to lay with neck pain?

My neck is killing me after a long day of work and I can't seem to find a comfortable position to rest. Any suggestions on how to lay with neck pain so it doesn't get worse or even helps it feel better?

Oh, neck pain is the worst! I completely get it. What really helped me was using a thin pillow or sometimes no pillow at all, just a rolled-up towel under my neck. And try sleeping on your back, it keeps your spine aligned.

Namaste! For neck pain, position is key. Avoid sleeping on your stomach as it twists your neck. Try sleeping on your back or side with a pillow that supports the natural curve of your neck. A good orthopedic pillow can make a huge difference, mere dost.

Beti, neck ka dard toh bade takleef deta hai. Ghar mein ek chhota sa upaay hai ki garam paani ki patti se thodi sekai karo, aur jab leti ho toh ek garam tel (like til ka tel) ki malish karwa lo halki haathon se. Dhyaan rakhna, takiya seedha ho.

Hey, take it easy, alright? Neck pain can be really uncomfortable but don't stress too much. Try to keep your head and neck in a neutral position when lying down. Sometimes putting a small pillow between your knees if you sleep on your side also helps keep your spine straight, which can ease neck strain.

Honestly, neck pain can be so debilitating, it even affects your mood and sleep. I remember feeling so frustrated. It's not just a physical ache, it really messes with you mentally. Just know you're not alone in feeling this way.
