How to lay with lower back pain?

I've got this nagging lower back pain that just won't quit, especially at night. Finding a comfortable sleeping position is a real challenge. What's the best way to lay down when you have lower back pain?

Ugh, lower back pain is the worst! I always feel so helpless when it flares up, like I can't find a single comfy spot. Do you guys also get super anxious about finding the right position? I usually try lying on my side with a pillow between my knees, but sometimes even that doesn't help.

Two most effective positions: 1) On your back with a pillow under your knees (this flattens the lumbar curve). 2) On your side with a pillow between your knees (aligns hips and spine). Do not sleep on your stomach if you have lower back pain, it exacerbates it. A firm mattress helps too.

Try lying on your back with a pillow under your knees, or on your side with a pillow between your knees. These positions often help relieve pressure on the lower back. Hope you find comfort soon.

Lower back pain? Ugh, my arch-nemesis! I basically do a whole acrobatic routine to get comfortable. What usually works for me is sleeping on my side with a pillow hugged between my knees – it's like a tiny, furry support system. Or lying on my back with a big cushion under my knees. Anything to get some shut-eye, honestly! 😴

Yaar, lower back pain is a real mood killer, actually. Try sleeping on your back, but put a pillow under your knees. That helps keep your spine a bit straighter. Or, if you're a side sleeper, bend your knees slightly and put a pillow between them. That alignment helps a lot. Avoid sleeping on your stomach, it usually makes it worse.

Seriously, back pain is such a hassle! For me, lying on my side in a fetal position, kinda curled up, works best. Or if I'm on my back, I put a pillow under my knees. Anything to take the pressure off. My physio friend told me these are good ways to keep the spine happy.
