How to know if your liver hurts?

I've been feeling a strange discomfort on my right side, around my ribs, and I'm a bit concerned about my liver. How do you really know if the pain you're feeling is coming from your liver specifically? Are there other symptoms?

Liver pain is usually felt as a dull ache or discomfort in the upper right side of your abdomen, just below your ribs. It's not usually a sharp pain. If you also feel very fatigued, have yellowish skin or eyes, dark urine, or feel nauseous, these are serious signs. I always tell my clients to stay hydrated and eat clean, but for liver pain, you need to see a doctor ASAP for blood tests and an ultrasound. No amount of protein shakes will fix that.

Beta, if your liver is hurting, you'll likely feel a dull ache or discomfort on your right side, just under your ribs. My old friend had liver issues, and he also complained of being very tired all the time and sometimes his skin would look a little yellow. It's not something to ignore, so please go to the doctor. They can do some tests to see what is happening.

Liver pain often presents as a persistent, dull ache or discomfort in the upper right abdomen, just below your rib cage. Unlike muscle pain, it doesn't usually respond to position changes. Look out for accompanying symptoms like extreme fatigue, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), dark urine, or unexplained weight loss. If you notice any of these, please consult a doctor without delay.

Liver pain is typically a dull, persistent ache in the upper right part of your abdomen, right under your rib cage. It's not usually a sharp, intermittent pain. If you also have other symptoms like unexplained fatigue, yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, pale stools, or persistent nausea, then you need to go to a good hospital and get it checked by a hepatologist. Be very clear with them about your symptoms.

As someone who focuses on a healthy, vegetarian diet, I know how important liver health is. Liver pain typically manifests as a dull, constant ache or discomfort in the upper right side of your belly, just under your ribs. If you also notice yellowing of skin or eyes, very dark urine, unexplained fatigue, or feel nauseous, these are serious signs. While diet helps prevent, for active pain, you must see a doctor. They can do the right tests.

Liver ka dard generally right side mein, ribs ke neeche hota hai, ho na? Ek dull, thoda heavy sa pain feel hoga. Agar aankhen ya skin peela lag raha hai, ya bahut zyada thakaan lag rahi hai, toh yeh serious ho sakta hai. Bilkul time waste na karte hue doctor ko dikhao. Apni marzi se kuch mat karo.
