How to know if you're having heart attack?

My uncle had a heart attack and I'm worried about my own health, especially since I've been getting some chest pains sometimes. What are the warning signs to look out for to know if you're actually having a heart attack?

My uncle had one, and it started with heavy chest pain, like someone sitting on his chest, and then he felt breathless. Sometimes it can spread to the arm or jaw. It's really important to call emergency services immediately if you or someone else experiences this. Don't take it lightly.

Life is a blessing, and we must care for this body, our temple. While keeping a positive mind helps, for a heart attack, the signs are clear: severe chest pain, shortness of breath, pain radiating to the arm, or sweating. If these come, please seek medical attention immediately. God's grace is always there, but doctors are also a gift.

My mother always tells us to be careful about chest pain, especially if it feels like a pressure. Also, if you feel breathless or pain in your left arm, jaw, or back, it's serious. Don't rely on home remedies for this. Please go to the doctor or hospital immediately, only they can tell for sure.

If you experience sudden, severe chest pain, shortness of breath, or pain spreading to your arm or jaw, seek immediate medical attention. These are critical signs that shouldn't be ignored.

Seriously, for a heart attack, there's no guessing. If you feel crushing chest pain, shortness of breath, or discomfort in other areas like your jaw or back, don't wait. Go to the nearest good hospital's emergency room. When you get there, be very clear with the doctors about all your symptoms. They know best.

Oh god, this question gives me anxiety. I sometimes get a weird feeling in my chest, not really pain, but like a flutter. Does anyone else get that? But from what I've heard, actual heart attack is usually intense chest pain, radiating to the arm, and feeling really breathless. If it's like that, you HAVE to call emergency.
