How to know if you have sleep insomnia?

For the last few months, I just can't fall asleep easily, and even when I do, I wake up multiple times. I'm always tired the next day. How can I tell if this is just stress or if I actually have sleep insomnia?

Haan, insomnia mein na sabse common sign toh yehi hai ki you just can't fall asleep, ya phir beech raat mein neend khul jaati hai aur dobara nahi aati. Din mein you feel super tired, irritable, aur concentrate bhi nahi kar paate. Agar yeh roz ho raha hai, toh doctor se baat karni chahiye.

Don't fall for all those 'sleep hacks' online if you're seriously struggling. Insomnia isn't just one bad night's sleep. If you consistently can't fall asleep, stay asleep, or wake up feeling refreshed for weeks, that's when you need a real doctor. They can properly diagnose and suggest solutions, not some random herbal tea.

It's a horrible feeling when you desperately want to sleep but your mind just won't switch off. I remember feeling so frustrated and helpless, and then the exhaustion during the day made everything worse. If you're consistently struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep, and it's affecting your daily life, please reach out for help. It's a real struggle, and you're not alone.

I totally get it, struggling with sleep is incredibly draining. If you find yourself consistently unable to fall asleep, waking up too early, or waking frequently through the night, and this leads to daytime fatigue and irritability, then it might be insomnia. It's not just feeling tired, it's the consistent pattern. A doctor can help you figure out the best approach.

When my daughter was having trouble sleeping, we noticed she would lie awake for hours, and then during the day, she was very moody and couldn't focus. If you're finding it difficult to sleep three or more nights a week for over a month, and it's making your days hard, it's probably insomnia. A good routine helps, but a doctor can also provide proper guidance.
