How to know if you have liver issues?

I've been feeling bloated, my skin is itchy, and I'm constantly fatigued. My doctor briefly mentioned getting my liver checked. What are some clear signs that point towards actual liver issues and not just something minor?

I just went through this! Initially, I felt extremely tired and lost my appetite completely. Then my eyes started to look a bit yellow, and my urine was really dark. That's when I knew something was seriously off. Please don't wait like I did, get a blood test (LFT) done right away if you have any of these.

Baitho beta, suno. If your liver is troubled, your body will tell you. Look for general weakness, feeling heavy in your stomach, or if your skin or eyes look a bit yellow. Eating simple, home-cooked food, avoiding spicy things is good, but for real issues, a doctor's consultation and medicines are a must.

Honestly, bhai, it starts with feeling totally drained for no reason. Then maybe your pee gets dark or your skin looks a bit yellow, that's when you know it's serious. Don't wait for that stage, if you feel off for too long, just get a blood test. Simple LFT will tell you everything.

Well, if you're suddenly craving only healthy veggies and water instead of biryani and chai, your liver might be sending you a subtle hint! 😉 But on a serious note, yellow skin/eyes, feeling super drained all the time, or your belly getting bigger can be signs. Always best to let a doc check it out, no guessing games with health!

I'm constantly worried about these things. Has anyone else felt unusually tired and had a vague discomfort in their upper right abdomen? I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety acting up or if I should actually be concerned about my liver.

In my time, we just called it 'kamla' (jaundice) when eyes turned yellow. But liver issues are more than just that. You might feel very weak, have an upset stomach often, or see your urine become dark. Don't worry too much, but don't ignore it either. Go to a good doctor, they will guide you.
