How to know if you have arthritis in your hip?

I've been experiencing persistent pain in my hip joint, especially when I walk or try to climb stairs. My doctor mentioned it could be due to wear and tear, possibly arthritis. How can I know for sure if I have arthritis in my hip?

Hip mein pain ho na, toh chalne mein, uthne baithne mein mushkil hoti hai. Agar subah uthte hi bohot stiffness lage aur thoda chalne ke baad theek ho, ya fir koi clicky sound aaye hip se, toh doctor ko dikhana accha hai na.

Oh, please don't make my mistake and ignore hip pain. I thought it was just muscle strain from walking too much, but it kept getting worse. By the time I saw a doctor, it was already quite advanced. If you have pain when you move or a persistent ache, go get it checked immediately. Don't wait.

Hip pain can be quite scary because it affects so much of your daily movement and independence. It's totally okay to feel worried about what it might be. Just remember, identifying the problem is the first step to feeling better, so don't let anxiety stop you from seeing a doctor.

My father started having trouble with his hip a few years ago. He found it difficult to get out of bed and even had pain while sleeping sometimes. He eventually saw an orthopaedic doctor who diagnosed it. I can only share his experience; best to talk to a specialist for your symptoms.

Any persistent pain in your hip, especially if it makes walking difficult or disturbs your sleep, really needs professional attention. Don't take chances with your joints. It's always best to get it checked by a doctor to rule out anything serious and get proper advice.
