How to know if you have arthritis in your hands?

My hands have been getting increasingly painful and stiff, making it difficult to do daily tasks like cooking or opening jars. My friend suggested it could be arthritis. What are the common symptoms to know if you have arthritis in your hands?

Please don't self-diagnose. I had wrist pain and ignored it for too long, thinking it's just strain. Turns out it was getting worse and needed proper treatment. Go to a doctor, they can do tests and tell you exactly what it is.

It's completely normal to worry when your hands start feeling weird, especially if it's impacting daily tasks. The fear of what it could be is sometimes worse than the actual problem. Take a deep breath and then try to get it checked by a doc.

Oh no, hand pain can be super annoying! How will you even enjoy your favorite jalebis or pakoras properly if your hands ache? Seriously though, if it's bothering you, best to see a doctor. Can't let anything come between you and good food!

Sometimes what we eat affects our body a lot. Try to include anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, and green leafy veggies. But if the pain or swelling is persistent, please don't just rely on diet. Get a medical opinion.

Dude, if your hands are hurting and you can't even type properly for assignments or hold your phone, it's prob not normal. My dadi has arthritis and she says her fingers get stiff. So if yours are too, maybe get it checked? Don't stress too much tho.

Time is precious, so if you're experiencing consistent pain, stiffness, or swelling in your hands, schedule an appointment with a general physician right away. They can do an initial assessment and refer you to a rheumatologist if needed. Early diagnosis is key for managing conditions like arthritis effectively.

I understand how frustrating it is when your hands start bothering you. I've tried everything from warm water soaks to special oils. While some things give temporary relief, if the symptoms like joint swelling, redness, or constant pain are there, it's a sign to definitely get a professional diagnosis. Don't waste time like I did.

Hey! 👋 If your hands are hurting or feeling stiff, especially in the morning, that's usually a red flag. Also look for swelling or if the joints feel warm. The best thing is to get it checked out by a doctor soon! Take care! ✨

In our age, these pains are quite common, haan. My hands also start acting up sometimes. If it's just stiffness in the morning that goes away, maybe it's fine. But if it hurts to hold things or opens jars, then don't delay, see a physician. Better safe than sorry.

For small aches, I usually try warm compresses or a gentle massage with some ajwain oil. But if the pain is constant, or your hands are stiff in the morning, ya really need to show it to a proper doctor. Home remedies have limits, beta.
