How to know if you have a fever without thermometer?

I'm feeling really hot and sweaty, and my head is aching a bit, but I can't find my thermometer anywhere. Is there any way to check if I have a fever without a thermometer, just by feeling myself?

I remember once my whole family felt warm and we thought it was a huge fever breakout, but thermometer se check kiya toh normal tha. Just touching your forehead or neck can give you an idea. If you feel really hot and unwell, then you can worry, but don't panic without checking.

When you have a fever, your body usually feels hot, especially your forehead and neck. You might also feel very tired, have body aches, and lose your appetite. I find eating light, vegetarian food like khichdi helps. But for actual confirmation, a thermometer is needed or a doctor's visit.

Beta, maathe pe haath rakh ke dekho. Agar bahut garam lage, aankhen jal rahi ho, aur pura shareer dukhe, toh samajh jao bukhar hai. Hum toh adrak wali chai aur garam paani ki patti rakhte the. Lekin aajkal toh doctor se poochhna hi behtar hai agar zyada takleef ho.

I totally get it, sometimes you just don't have a thermometer handy. I usually check if my head feels hot to touch, or if I'm feeling chills despite the weather. Also, achi neend nahi aati aur body ache hota hai na, that's a big sign for me. Trust your body's signals.

It's tricky without a thermometer. You might feel your skin is hot to touch, especially your forehead or chest. Chills, body aches, and persistent tiredness are also common. But remember, these are just indicators. For a precise reading and proper diagnosis, a thermometer or a doctor's visit is essential. Don't rely on guesswork for your health.

Simple indicators are a hot forehead, body aches, and feeling abnormally cold or shivering. You'll also generally feel unwell and tired. If these symptoms are prominent, consider it a fever. But always confirm with a thermometer or a doctor for accurate measurement.

Haan, sabse pehle toh maatha garam lagega na. Body mein weakness, phir thand lagna ya phir garmi lagna, yeh sab hota hai. Aankhein bhi lal ho jaati hain kabhi kabhi. Agar bahut zyada bura feel ho raha hai toh ek baar doc ko dikha lo, pakka pata chal jayega.
